In 2026, the Offender register reported that prosecutors had charged Kimberly Faith Christy, a Minnesota female paedophile, with child sex abuse after she submitted a harrowing video of herself assaulting two female toddlers to her counsel.
Kimberly Faith Christy, 37, has been taken into custody on two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and two counts of using a minor in a sexual performance.
On June 28, Christy, a resident of Moorhead, which is situated in proximity to the North Dakota boundary, is purportedly responsible for sending a self-incriminating email to the Clay County Attorney’s Office.
Valley News Live reports that she affixed a QR code to a Google Photos account and composed a message that read, “I wish to surrender myself for the actions I have committed.”
According to investigators, the link resulted in the discovery of four recordings and two photographs that illustrated the sexual abuse of two girls.
According to prosecutors, two videos from March 2018 depict an infant between the ages of six months and two years.
According to court documents obtained by Valley News Live, two additional videos from November 2013 depict a naked infant girl. The victim’s age was not disclosed.
Additionally, two photographs are described in court documents, one of which depicts a child under the age of three. The specifics of the purported assault are too graphic to disclose.
Kimberly Faith Christy, 37, has been charged with two counts of sexual conduct and using a minor in a sexual performance. The charges were brought against her after she allegedly provided prosecutors with video evidence of the offences. At least one of the victims was under the age of two, and they were referred to as “infants.”
Christy confessed to sexually assaulting both children depicted in the recordings during an interview with detectives, according to the police.
For each count of sexual conduct, Christy is subject to a $40,000 fine and up to 30 years in prison if convicted under Minnesota law.
Additionally, she is subject to a $20,000 fine and a maximum sentence of 10 years for each instance of utilising a minor in a sexual performance.
