An asylum seeker, Hossein Mohmoudi, has denied that he attempted to rape a woman in an alleyway, stating that it was impossible for him to have done so due to the fact that his penis is so small.
The fact that Hossein Mohmoudi is heavy and has a “micropenis” makes it impossible for him to have attacked the victim, which is what he asserted.
The Iranian national, who was 35 years old at the time, was found guilty of attempted rape at Snaresbrook Crown Court on Tuesday, June 16, 2018. Prior to seeking refuge in the United Kingdom, he had piled up five felony convictions throughout Germany.
At the time of the incident in 2024, Mohmoudi was residing in a shelter for asylum seekers in London, according to the testimony presented in court.
Following a woman’s Christmas party, he followed her for an hour, even going so far as to cross the street at the same time she did and board the same bus as she did.
Subsequently, he made an attempt to rape the woman, but a cyclist managed to stop him and notify the authorities.
Officers hurried to the location, and the Metropolitan Police Department immediately began conducting a comprehensive investigation. Mohmoudi was found at his residence two days after detectives spent hours reviewing surveillance footage in an effort to locate him.
According to the testimony presented to the jury, Mohmoudi was unable to have attacked the woman due to a number of issues, including his small penis and low libido.
Another thing mentioned was that he had been reported to the police in the past for following a woman while she was walking her dog.
His departure from Iran occurred in 2014, and he then illegally entered Turkey, Greece, Germany, and France before arriving in the United Kingdom. Throughout his tenure in Germany, Mohmoudi was found guilty of assault on two separate occasions and of criminal damage on three separate occasions.
Over the course of almost three kilometres, the Iranian was seen following the victim on video. During the assault, the woman uttered the following words: “Wait! Wait! Wait! F* you!” despite the fact that it was concealed from view by a fence. Take a step back! F* off! F*** off!
Speaking via an interpreter, Mohmoudi revealed that the day before the incident, he had been conversing on a website that specialised in fetish content. The prosecutor Christiaan Moll responded to his statement that it was “helpful for my English language” by saying, “There are other ways to improve your English…”
While this was going on, David Harounoff, who was representing himself, stated that the attack lasted for only 27 seconds, which was not enough time for him to attempt to rape the victim owing to the purported medical concerns he was experiencing.
Mohmoudi’s penis, on the other hand, was described as “normal” by a consulting urologist named Dr. George Fowlis.
