The Offender Database reported that Graham Miles, a Linthorpe Paedophile Sex Offender, downloaded horrific images of children as young as five BEING RAPED AND TORTURED, including those in the most severe category.
Graham Miles, 62, HAVING PREVIOUSLY NOT been caught, appeared in court after downloading photographs depicting severe sexual assaults on minors.
Teesside Crown Court was informed that the husband of three decades saw the dissolution of his marriage before being apprehended.
Prosecutor Gurjot Kaur stated that law enforcement was notified in May 2019 of the downloading of obscene photos of children at a residence in Middlesbrough.
In August, officers visited the residence where Graham Miles’ laptop was confiscated, resulting in his detention.
He confessed to the police; however, Ms Kaur reported that he claimed he was not sexually attracted to youngsters.
The photographs depicted the mistreatment of minors who the police estimate were between the ages of five and thirteen.
Eleven photos were identified: four in category A, two in category B, and five in category C.
Graham Miles was admitted to three charges of producing indecent images of a minor.
Judge Stephen Ashurst stated that although the defendant had not accumulated a substantial collection of photos, “even one indecent image of a child is one too many.”
The court imposed a two-year community order on Graham Miles, of Clive Road, Linthorpe, Middlesbrough, mandating the completion of 30 rehabilitation activity requirement days and subjecting him to a sexual harm prevention order for five years.
Judge Ashurst stated: “Should you perpetrate any additional offences within the next two years, or neglect to adhere to the stipulations of the community order, you will likely confront a prison sentence.”
