David Lea, then 77, residing at Wheatley Gardens, Two Dales near Matlock, Derbyshire, received his sentence at Derby Crown Court.
David Lea was convicted of three charges of sexual assault against a child under 13 and two charges of producing obscene photos of children.
The crimes pertain to the sexual assault of three girls in 2017.
David Lea was apprehended in 2017, indicted in 2018, and subsequently faced trial in January 2019.
