In 2019, the Offender Database reported that Allan Marsh, the Paisley Paedophile Child and Animal Molester, downloaded recordings of children as young as three being restrained and raped, as well as a grotesque video of a dog being raped by a man.
Allan Marsh, a former supermarket employee, concealed a disturbing collection of recordings on his Samsung phone before being apprehended by law enforcement.
The then 50-year-old individual from Paisley asserted that a hacker must have placed the files on his phone.
A jury discerned his deceit, and yesterday at Paisley Sheriff Court, he was unanimously convicted of downloading and having a record of child and animal abuse over a five-year duration.
Allan Marsh, who relocated from Causeyside Street in Paisley to Paisley Road in Renfrew, Renfrewshire, Scotland, was registered on the Sex Offenders’ Register.
Sheriff David Pender expressed gratitude to the jurors following their exposure to what he characterised as a “regrettable and rather unpleasant case.”
During a video-recorded police interview presented in court at his trial, Allan Marsh stated that he was not sexually attracted to minors and favoured ladies in their 50s.
He expressed that he found the files discovered on his phone to be “disgusting” and “sick,” and stated he would confront anyone who mistreated his daughter.
DC Robert Urquhart testified in court that he conducted a search of the residence shared by Marsh and his former girlfriend at approximately 9 am on January 29 of the previous year, during which they confiscated Marsh’s Samsung phone.
The court was informed of the existence of indecent photos depicting girls as young as three being restrained and mistreated, along with a film involving a dog.
In the interview, DC Urquhart said: “There was a video of a medium-sized light brown dog coloured dog chained to a wall.
“The man is seen from his lower half, walking towards the dog.
“The dog looks scared as the man grabs the dog towards him.
“It appears the dog has recently given birth to a litter of pups as its teats are swollen, and pups are seen entering the scene.
“During the movie, the man violently and repeatedly hurts the dog.”
Allan Marsh was NOT sent to prison; 50, was placed on the Sex Offenders’ Register and handed unpaid work and mandatory supervision.
