The Offender Database reported that Fattah Derrahi, a Brighton and Hove Sex Offender, has confessed to sexually abusing several women in the city.
Fattah Derrahi, 59, a British National residing on Farm Road in Hove, appeared at Lewes Crown Court on Monday, December 15, facing nine charges of sexual assault.
The court was informed that from August 2023 to October 2025, Fattah Derrahi predominantly focused on ladies who were exercising or had just completed their workouts, frequently initiating dialogue by praising their ‘energy.’
Fattah Derrahi would orchestrate physical scenarios, such as assisting women with stretching, dancing, or performing breathing exercises, prior to sexually assaulting them.
He was apprehended after a public identity appeal in November 2025 and subsequently indicted.
During a pre-trial preparatory hearing on Monday, December 15, Fattah Derrahi acknowledged all nine charges. He has been detained in jail and is scheduled to appear for sentencing at Lewes Crown Court on Monday, 23 February.
