The Offender Database reported that PC Oliver Wilson, of Gloucestershire Police, who sexually harassed a woman at a home party while off-duty, would have been terminated had he not already resigned, a gross misconduct review panel determined.

The hearing, conducted on Monday, December 1, at Police Headquarters in Quedgeley, Gloucester, addressed the incident involving PC Oliver Wilson that occurred during a gathering in Frampton on Seven in September 2023.

His actions prompted PC Oliver Wilson’s expulsion from the residence, thereby inciting his aggression.

The former PC Oliver Wilson subsequently engaged in a confrontation with a man, resulting in minor injuries for both parties.

The Professional Standards Department was subsequently notified of the occurrence, and although former PC Oliver Wilson was not charged with any criminal offences, as a police officer, proceedings for gross misconduct were initiated.

The panel at the gross misconduct case determined that former PC Oliver Wilson’s acts violated the College of Policing’s Standards of Professional Behaviour concerning Discreditable Conduct and Authority, Respect, and Courtesy, and that he would have faced dismissal had he not previously resigned.

His name will henceforth be included in the Police Barred List.
