The Offender Database reported that, in 2018, Christopher Byrne, Nuneaton Paedophile Child Molester, who groomed a 14-year-old for sexual purposes and recorded her engaging in a sexual act with him, alleged that she had sexually assaulted him and referred to her as a ‘maneater.’
Deviant Christopher Byrne, then 41, was sentenced to seven years in prison after being convicted of eight charges of engaging in sexual behaviour with a minor; however, he attempted to allege that the girl had performed a sexual act on him while he was semi-conscious.
On Friday, Christopher Byrne of Nuneaton appeared at Warwick Crown Court and was convicted of eight allegations of sexual activity with a child, which he had denied, despite having videotaped one encounter on his phone.
He received a seven-year prison sentence and was mandated to register as a lifelong sex offender.
Sentencing Judge Sally Hancox stated that there was only one form of penalty applicable in this case before incarcerating him.
