Jack Goddard, the Huthwaite Paedophile, a sex offender, has been reincarcerated for a second time after violating the conditions of a court order and deceiving investigators.

Jack Goddard, 31 years old, was formerly incarcerated for four years following a conviction for engaging in sexual behaviour with a minor.

He was subjected to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) as part of his sentence, prohibiting nearly any interaction with individuals under the age of 16.

Jack Goddard was required to notify the police of any new partnerships and was prohibited from residing in any house where children lived.

Jack Goddard was initially reincarcerated in 2021 for noncompliance with the accommodation stipulations of the Sex Offenders Register.

Earlier this year, he was reported to Nottinghamshire Police once more for associating with two adolescent females.

Jack Goddard denied any interaction with the children, despite being captured on CCTV accompanying them on a shopping trip.

He subsequently entered a guilty plea to three charges of noncompliance with a Sexual Harm Prevention Order and two charges of failing to meet notification obligations.

On Monday, 27 October, Jack Goddard of Huthwaite was sentenced to 44 months in prison at Nottingham Crown Court.
