Brandon Slater, the Worthing Paedophile, a registered sex offender, has been incarcerated following the discovery of him slumbering in his van with a minor.
Brandon Slater, who possesses an interim Sexual Risk Order, was subject to a court warrant, prompting police to conduct enquiries to identify him.
On 5 September at approximately 11:30 PM, officers from the Specialist Enforcement Unit (SEU) arrived at Chesswood Road in Worthing, where his Ford Transit van was located.
Despite numerous requests to identify himself and vacate the vehicle, Slater declined.
Consequently, officers commenced breaching the vehicle, prompting Slater to open the rear doors, leap down, and flee the area.
However, his attempts were ephemeral, as SEU officers armed with Tasers and a Police Dog apprehended him within seconds.
Brandon Slater, 19, without a permanent residence, was apprehended and accused of two violations of a Sexual Risk Order.
The order explicitly forbids him from communicating with any female under the age of 18.
Brandon Slater admitted guilt to both charges at Worthing Magistrates’ Court on 14 October, resulting in a sentence of six months’ imprisonment.
