Levent Joshua Cetin, the Southampton Paedophile, has been incarcerated following his conviction for historical sexual offences against a minor.

Levent Joshua Cetin was found guilty of two counts of rape of a girl under 13 and one act of sexual assault on Friday, September 12, after a trial at Southampton Crown Court.

A 27-year-old New Road, Southampton resident was sentenced to two years and six months in prison during a hearing at the same court on Friday, 24 October.

The court was informed that the charges pertained to a girl known to him from 2011 to 2017. The events occurred in the Romsey region.

The incidents were reported to the police in March 2021, and an investigation commenced.

During the hearing, Levent Joshua Cetin was subjected to a seven-year sexual harm prevention order and a lifetime restraining order.

Levent Joshua Cetin was additionally placed on the sexual offenders register for life.
