In 2022, Steven Collins, the Burnley Paedophile (26/06/1999), residing on Pink Street in Burnley, victimised four ladies, all under the age of 16, on public transport and at a store in Ashton-under-Lyne.
Steven Collins improperly groped, menaced, and harassed the women, resulting in significant anxiety. Two individuals succeeded in capturing images of Steven Collins on their mobile devices, which subsequently directed the police to him.
On Wednesday, 19 October 2022, Steven Collins was sentenced at Manchester Crown Court for three sexual assaults to which he had previously pleaded guilty.
Steven Collins was sentenced to seven years and six months of imprisonment, along with a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) for ten years, and he is permanently registered on the Sex Offender’s Register.
