In 2012, Justine McNally pleaded guilty to six counts of sexual assault by penetration under the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
Justine McNally was sentenced on each count to 3 years of detention and received a three-year restraining order prohibiting contact with M or her mother when she was 18 years old.
