Lee Balchin, the East Malling Paedophile, administered narcotics to a youngster during a series of egregious abuses that involved many rapes.
Lee Balchin has been sentenced to imprisonment for compelling his teenage victim to ingest cannabis, suspected ecstasy tablets, and alcohol.
Lee Balchin consistently exploited the child from 2000 until 2004. He perpetrated the abuse in multiple locations, including secluded hideouts.
The offences were first reported to Kent Police in 2018, leading to Lee Balchin’s arrest.
An inquiry disclosed that he frequently administered narcotics to the youngster, including the injection of amphetamine. The narcotics and booze would occasionally put his vulnerable victim nearly comatose.
Lee Balchin, 55, of Carnation Close, East Malling, was charged with several crimes but refuted any misconduct.
A protracted judicial procedure culminated in a trial in August 2025, during which he was convicted of two counts of rape and two additional counts of indecent assault.
On Monday, 13 October 2025, Balchin received a 15-year prison sentence at Maidstone Crown Court.
Lee Balchin must serve a minimum of two-thirds of the sentence prior to being eligible for release.
