UK police apprehended and re-arrested the Paedophile Rapist, Ashley McPhee, a 27-year-old violent sex offender from Cork, yesterday following a public appeal.
The Blackpool police requested information regarding a registered sex offender, Ashley McPhee, originally from East Cork but currently residing in the UK, who did not adhere to notification obligations and was sought for jail recall.
Ashley McPhee was re-arrested as a direct consequence of public tips.
Ashley McPhee, originally from Midleton and connected to Blackpool and Blackburn, was sentenced to 10 months in prison in March 2024 after admitting to engaging in sexual behaviour with a minor.
In 2023, he sexually attacked a 14-year-old girl in Lancaster by biting her chest three times; he was found in possession of a knife at the time of his arrest and authored a letter to the victim while in custody.
Ashley McPhee is required to register on the Sex Offenders Register for a duration of 10 years and will be subject to monitoring following his release.
Ashley McPhee possesses previous convictions in Ireland, including a violent assault on a young woman in Midleton more than five years ago.
