A Paedophile from Littlehampton, George Blackmore, who participated in sexual conduct with a minor, has been incarcerated.
George Blackmore, 23, of Arundel Drive in Littlehampton, was 19 at the time of the offence when he engaged in an inappropriate connection with a 15-year-old girl.
She alleged multiple incidents of sexual conduct with George Blackmore, including an allegation of rape on August 31, 2021.
Upon George Blackmore’s arrest in 2022, sexual photographs of the child were discovered on his devices.
Police received independent reports from a 16-year-old girl during the same timeframe, who claimed that George Blackmore had participated in sexual communications with her, including the transmission of explicit videos and photos.
Both girls were protected and given specialised assistance, while George Blackmore faced charges of rape, two counts of engaging in sexual conduct with a minor, and producing an indecent photograph of a child concerning the 15-year-old victim.
He was additionally charged with soliciting sexual communication with a minor and compelling a minor to view an image of sexual conduct concerning the 16-year-old.
On Thursday, 24 July, at Hove Crown Court, George Blackmore was convicted on two charges of engaging in sexual contact with a minor. He was acquitted of all remaining charges.
On 22nd September, he was sentenced to ONLY 3.5 years in prison and issued a 10-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order, substantially limiting his capacity to inflict additional harm until it expires, then he is free to rape children again.
