In late 2024, A 36-year-old Amlwch Paedophile, Robert Llewellyn Price, convicted of raping a juvenile girl, was incarcerated.
Robert Llewellyn Price from Amlwch was sentenced to six years and eight months for two counts of rape at Caernarfon Crown Court yesterday (Thursday, June 6th).
Robert Llewellyn Price was additionally mandated to register as a lifelong sex offender.
The victim, aged 16 at the time, reported the incidents to the authorities in April of this year.
After enticing her to his residence on two separate occasions, Robert Llewellyn Price sexually assaulted the victim each time, after which she expressed her concern about a potential pregnancy.
He informed her that he would face consequences if she disclosed the information to anyone.
Subsequent to the victim’s complaint of the assaults, Robert Llewellyn Price absconded but was subsequently apprehended on a cliffside near Amlwch and put into custody.
Detective Sergeant Mark Dickson stated: “This was a traumatic event for the young girl, who exhibited remarkable courage in reporting Price’s offences.”
I appreciate her bravery in undertaking this action and her fortitude throughout the entire matter.
I hope she may now concentrate on progressing in her life, with the understanding that Robert Llewellyn Price is now being held responsible for these reprehensible crimes.
