An Essex healthcare worker, Twinkle Parappully, the Alleged Westcliff Sex Offender, at Southend Hospital, has been charged with sexual assaults against two English women.
The accusations pertain to purported offences at Southend Hospital, located in Westcliff.
Twinkle Parappully, 46, of Silverdale Avenue, Westcliff, faces three charges under the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
Sexual assault against a female and penetration assault against a female, both occurring on 20 September of this year.
Twinkle Parappully attended Southend Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 22 September, where he was granted conditional bail under several rigorous conditions, including the following:
Prohibited from entering Southend Hospital and from applying for or seeking work in any healthcare or educational institution.
His next appearance is scheduled at Basildon Crown Court on 24 October.
Twinkle Parappully was employed as a healthcare assistant at the hospital throughout the time of the purported misconduct.
