The incident happened at a boot fair off Upnor Road, Wainscott, at around 8 am on Sunda,y 27 July 2025.
A woman in her 20s reported that a man she did not know approached her and touched her inappropriately over her clothing.
Enquiries into the incident are ongoin,g and no arrests have been made.
