A Stockton Paedophile, Ryan Lee Rowland Smith, obsessed with the horrific sexual exploitation of infants and toddlers has been sentenced to prison today.
Ryan Lee Rowland Smith, 23, from Stockton, has been convicted of nine offences, comprising three counts of distributing indecent images of children, three counts of producing indecent images of children, possession of a paedophile manual, possession of extreme pornography—including bestiality—and possession of prohibited images of a child.
On Monday, August 18th, Ryan Lee Rowland Smith was sentenced to four years of imprisonment, followed by four years on extended license. He has been permanently registered on the Sex Offenders Register and is subject to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order for ten years, which entails oversight by Cleveland’s specialised Management of Sexual or Violent Offenders Officers.
More than 4,000 photographs and films of child abuse were found on his mobile phones, including 13.5 hours of video content, of which eight hours were classified as category A, the most severe grade of material.
