A much loved Fife Paedophile and Labour Party councillor, David Graham, has received a 27-month term for grooming and sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl over a duration of six months.
David Graham, 43, exploited and sexually assaulted the girl at multiple locations in the Fife and Edinburgh regions in 2023.
He has been placed on the sex offenders registry for a duration of 10 years subsequent to a trial at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court.
Fife Council confirmed his disqualification from sitting as a councillor, while the Scottish Labour Party ousted Graham upon his conviction.
The Labour party suspended him following his police charges two years prior.
David Graham was initially elected to Fife Council in 2012 to represent the Buckhaven, Methil, Methilhill, and Wemyss Villages ward.
David Graham was re-elected in 2022, having previously served as the council’s health spokesperson and as a member of the NHS Fife board.
