An Oxford Paedophile, David Robins, has been reincarcerated for violating a sexual harm prevention order less than a week post-release.
David Robins, residing on Abingdon Road, Oxford, appeared at Oxford Crown Court on Tuesday, July 29, after acknowledging three violations.
The court was informed that the 26-year-old, David Robins, had already been incarcerated for violations of the order in July of the previous year.
The sexual harm prevention order was first enacted in November 2023 after he was discovered in possession of a sexualised image of Lisa Simpson, an eight-year-old cartoon character.
On that occasion, David Robins was also apprehended while attempting to initiate sexual conversation with a minor.
He transmitted images of his genitalia and solicited nude photographs in exchange. The account was shown to belong to a police officer.
David Robins was freed from prison for prior violations on June 19 and committed fresh violations on June 24.
The court was informed that the recent violations involved the deletion of WhatsApp conversations, the TikTok application, and Facebook messages from his mobile device.
David Robins had been communicating with a previous partner.
The prosecution’s case was that it was a ‘serious breach’ given his history of being ‘disobedient with court orders’.
Sentencing David Robins to 20 months in prison, the judge added: “If you break the rules again, you will get another sentence and it will keep going.”
