A 33-year-old Rushden Paedophile, Luke Morgan, has been incarcerated after attempting to solicit sexual contact with an 11-year-old girl.
On the morning of March 18 this year, Luke Morgan approached the girl in his black Honda Civic on Robinson Road, Rushden, as she was walking the family dog.
During the event, Luke Morgan yelled from the car window to get her attention, requesting that she touch him improperly while gesturing towards his groin.
When she declined and persisted in walking, Luke Morgan pursued her in his vehicle, urging her with phrases such as “Oh please, proceed” and “Come on, do it.” It will enhance my day.
Following his guilty plea to the offences at Northampton Crown Court in June, he returned to the same court on July 3, where he received a sentence of four years and eight months in jail.
Luke Morgan was indefinitely registered on the Sex Offenders’ Register and issued a restraining order along with a Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
