A senior Penllergaer Sex Offender physician, Naleen Thota, at a prominent Welsh hospital exploited his authority to sexually assault female staff members, a court has been informed.
Naleen Thota assaulted his victims while they were on duty, having insured their isolation and the absence of witnesses.
Naleen Thota, of Keepers Close, Penllergaer, Swansea, had previously been found guilty at trial of two charges of sexual assault when he appeared in court for punishment. He possesses no prior convictions.
Naleen Thota received a 21-month prison term, suspended for two years, and was mandated to perform 300 hours of community service and complete a rehabilitation program. He was also subjected to 10-year restraining orders. Thota will be classified as a registered sex offender for the subsequent decade.
