Dylan Templeman, the East Hull Sex Offender, perpetrated indiscriminate assaults on women, with two incidents occurring within a single hour, and he was affiliated with a social media network that recorded themselves engaging in indecent activities in public, as presented in court.
Dylan Templeman, 22, of Severn Street, near Holderness Road, east Hull, confessed to two counts of sexual assault against women on September 21 of the previous year.
Dylan Templeman also confessed to indecently exposing himself to a mother and her stepdaughter in Hull on September 14, as well as possessing indecent photos of minors.
Julia Baggs, representing the prosecution, said in Grimsby Crown Court that a mother and her stepdaughter were traversing Sutton village at 8:40 PM on September 14 when the stepdaughter noticed a guy following them closely in a suspicious manner.
Upon turning around on Burlington Road, he had indecently exposed himself and was engaging in self-stimulation. When confronted by the women, he fled. Law enforcement was summoned, and through an identification process, they successfully identified the perpetrator.
Dylan Templeman received a sentence of two years and seven months in prison. He received a lifelong sexual harm prevention order and is required to register as a sex offender indefinitely.
