A Sex Offender from West Winch, Kelvin Morgan, has been found guilty of sexually abusing a woman and is prohibited from approaching solitary women in public spaces.
Kelvin Morgan, 47, of Watering Lane, West Winch, was convicted at Chelmsford Crown Court this week for unwanted sexual touching of a person over 16 at a residence on 17 January 2024.
Kelvin Morgan was sentenced yesterday (Monday, May 12, 2025) by the same court to three months in prison, a term he has already completed since being remanded last year. He has been placed on the sex offenders registry for seven years and issued an interim Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO).
The CBO includes eight criteria, half of which pertain to carers and NHS personnel. Nevertheless, four are applicable to the general public.
