The Blackpool Sex Offender, Aaron Cane, residing on Furness Avenue, acknowledged four violations of the order and two instances of noncompliance with notice obligations.
Lancashire Police reported that officers found Aaron Cane in violation of his order during a routine inspection. He was apprehended and subsequently indicted for the charges.
The 39-year-old, Aaron Cane, received a four-year prison sentence at Preston Crown Court.
Aaron Cane’s injunction mandated that he must inform the police of any address he occupied or visited where an individual under 18 resided.
He was also required to inform the police of any further names or aliases he could employ, maintain a record of his internet usage, and disclose the passwords to his devices to the authorities.
Aaron Cane is prohibited from having both supervised and unsupervised contact with individuals under 16 years of age, and from establishing social media profiles without police authorisation.
