34 year old DeMarco Henderson was indicted by a grand jury for capital sex battery. State Attorney Lorizo says that Henderson raped a 10 year old with autism and her best friend. He was quoted as saying “as long as the defendant breaths he will rape vulnerable and innocent children. It is time for him to go.”
DeMarco Henderson was already a registered sex offender back in 2010.
State Attorney Lorizo says that this is the first time his office has filed a notice to recommend the death penalty in a capital sex battery case.
