A carer, Taylor Whyte, the Perthshire Rapist, responsible for the elderly and individuals with dementia has been convicted of raping a teenager.
Taylor Whyte, currently 21, was 17 when he assaulted the female, who was then 19.
The ordeal induced her to puke.
In pre-recorded testimony, the victim, aged 22, stated to the High Court in Stirling: “Taylor Whyte would engage in a game – how many times can I induce [her] to cry?” That would constitute his entertainment for the evening.
She stated that he referred to her as “PD rape victim,” explaining that the letters “PD” signified “borderline personality disorder.”
The occurrences reportedly transpired between August 2021 and February 2022 at Taylor Whyte’s residence in Perthshire.
Taylor Whyte, once a care worker and more recently a mechanic, said that the claimed incident either did not occur or that the victim agreed.
Following a five-day trial, a jury deliberated for over four hours before convicting him of rape. The verdict was rendered by a majority.
The jury unanimously determined him guilty of perpetrating a pattern of abusive conduct towards the victim.
Taylor Whyte disputed the offences.
Judge Jane Farquharson rescinded bail and postponed sentencing for background checks until June 20 at the High Court in Livingston.
