James Navickas, the Walton Rapist, sexually assaulted a lady and subsequently implored her not to report the incident to the police in text messages the following day.
The 28-year-old, James Navickas, executed a sexual act on his victim, despite her prior indication that she thought the notion “abhorrent.”
A judge stated that James Navickas, residing on Joules Close in Walton, sexually abused her during a period of heightened vulnerability.
Judge Stuart Driver, QC, stated: “Due to her extreme intoxication, she was unable to provide informed consent.”
James Navickas, who expressed remorse in the messages, confessed to sexual assault and two charges of assault by penetration.
He was incarcerated for three and a half years.
