Zana Adil Mohammed, 48, of no fixed address, is scheduled to appear at Leeds Magistrates Court on Saturday, 18 October, on charges of child rape.
A 48-year-old, Zana Adil Mohammed, who identifies as Asian and Arabic, was apprehended on Thursday, October 16, in relation to a rape incident reported by a victim in the Birkby district of Huddersfield on December 11, 2011.
The offence was recently re-examined by Kirklees safeguarding officers, culminating in enquiries that led to an arrest on Thursday.
