A Bedworth Paedophile, Shane Jaques, has been sentenced to over three years in prison for violating a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) by concealing a device from authorities.
Shane Jaques, 34, has a prior conviction for the possession of indecent pictures of minors.
As part of his sentencing, he was issued a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) requiring him to disclose all digital devices in his possession for monitoring purposes.
Last year, we apprehended Shane Jaques for possessing an undeclared phone, leading to his arrest and subsequent forensic analysis of the device.
The research revealed that he possessed indecent photographs of children on his phone.
Shane Jaques was re-arrested and charged with the possession of obscene photographs of children and violating his Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO).
Shane Jaques was detained, and on Wednesday, 4 June, at Warwick Crown Court, he received a sentence of three years and three months in jail.
