In 2022, the Offender Register reported that Phyllippe Baker, a 56-year-old man, had been incarcerated following his conviction for sexual offences against a juvenile girl in Sturminster Newton.

Phyllippe Baker, a London resident, was sentenced to six years in prison at Bournemouth Crown Court on Wednesday, November 30, with an additional three years of probation.

On November 2, Baker was convicted of sexual communication with a child, meeting a child following sexual grooming, and causing a minor under 13 to engage in sexual activity.

The offences were committed between August 2020 and April 2021.

Dorset Police initiated an investigation after officers were informed of sexually explicit messages on the phone of a 12-year-old girl.

The victim was visited by the police, who discovered that a male had visited her a few days prior and had given her a phone.

The victim disclosed the registration number of his automobile, which indicated that it was associated with Baker.

Baker was subsequently apprehended, and digital devices and a notebook that belonged to the defendant were confiscated. The victim’s personal information was included in the notebook.
