Nisar Rahimi, the Liverpool Sex Offender, has been incarcerated for the sexual assault of a 16-year-old girl at a residence in Broadgreen.

This afternoon (Tuesday, 28th October), Nisar Rahimi, aged 20, of Holmes Street, Liverpool, was sentenced to 1 year and 3 months for sexual assault, along with an additional 2 years for an unrelated assault and possession of an offensive weapon at Liverpool Crown Court.

Nisar Rahimi was issued a Sexual Harm Prevention Order and a Restraining Order against his victims, effective for a duration of 10 years. He will also be registered as a sex offender for a duration of 10 years.

On Wednesday, August 20, at approximately 2:30 AM, a report was made regarding the sexual assault of a 16-year-old girl by a man at a specific location.

Officers apprehended the 19-year-old Rahimi on allegations of sexual assault at the location where he was detained for interrogation.

He was later indicted and admitted guilt to all charges.

Detective Inspector Tony Meakins of the Child Criminal and Sexual Exploitation Team stated: “Nisar Rahimi exploited a susceptible teenage girl within a flat where she believed she would be secure.” Upon entering the flat, he sexually assaulted her and persisted in his actions despite her evident fear and distress.

This was a harrowing ordeal for the sufferer to endure. Fortunately, our police swiftly apprehended Nisar Rahimi at the crime scene and secured a charge.

The victim has received assistance from social care and many partner services during this case and has courageously submitted multiple statements to officers, significantly aiding our investigations.

Today’s jail term has effectively removed Nisar Rahimi from public access to avert any potential harm to others.
