In 2022, Matthew Payne, of Cromer Road, Hellesdon, near Norwich, was jailed for historic child sex offences.
Matthew Payne, 52, was sentenced to 15 years, 14 to be served in prison and one year to be served on licence, after being found guilty of two counts of rape, five counts of indecent assault and one count of indecency with a child.
Matthew Payne was also issued an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
