Two Metropolitan Police officers, Jerome Beasley and Luke Robinson, have refuted allegations of sexually assaulting the same lady.
Jerome Beasley, 42, and Luke Robinson, 39, both constables of the Central West Command Unit, entered not guilty pleas during a brief hearing at Westminster Magistrates’ Court.
Jerome Beasley faces four charges of sexual assault: one from January 2020 and three from April of the previous year.
Luke Robinson is confronted with three counts purportedly occurring in April.
Prosecutor Rhianne Neil stated that the officers were charged with “grabbing and squeezing” the purported victim’s breasts and buttocks.
The court was informed that several alleged acts reportedly took place at the Hippodrome Casino in central London while the cops, Jerome Beasley and Luke Robinson, were off-duty.
Aside from submitting their pleas during the hearing on Wednesday, Jerome Beasley and Luke Robinson only communicated to verify their identities, ages, and dates of birth.
Jerome Beasley of North Harrow and Luke Robinson of Northampton were given conditional release prior to a hearing on 18 December at Southwark Crown Court.
The Metropolitan Police stated that both policemen are presently suspended from duty on full pay.
