An attempted Lambhill Child Killer, Frederick Danquah, who endeavoured to assassinate a toddler by positioning him in front of an oncoming train gets incarcerated.
Frederick Danquah, 28, of Lambhill, assaulted a two-year-old under his supervision at Garrowhill train station in Glasgow on July 2, 2023.
Frederick Danquah took the boy after being informed that his relationship with his former girlfriend had definitively ended.
Frederick Danquah subsequently carried the youngster on his shoulders as the train collided with them, resulting in their hospitalisation.
Frederick Danquah was convicted today at the High Court in Glasgow of attempted murder.
The sentence was postponed pending background reports till next month.

A guy who attempted to murder a youngster by standing in front of a train while holding the child has been incarcerated following an inquiry by the British Transport Police (BTP).
Frederick Danquah, 28, of Vaila Street, Glasgow, was convicted of attempted murder and culpable and reckless conduct at Glasgow High Court on Wednesday, July 16.
He was sentenced today (Wednesday, August 13) to 10 years of imprisonment by the same court.
The court was informed that Danquah transported a two-year-old youngster, whom he knows, to Garrowhill railway station in Glasgow at approximately 7 PM on Sunday, July 2, 2023.
Approximately 20 minutes later, he hoisted the toddler onto his shoulders before leaping in front of an approaching train. The duo was hit and collapsed into the rails.
The emergency services were summoned to the location, with officers, paramedics, and fire and rescue personnel responding.
Danquah and the boy were sent to the hospital. Danquah sustained a fractured jaw and neck and was apprehended by BTP police on suspicion of attempted murder.
Fortunately, the toddler had only scrapes and bruises without any serious injuries and was discharged from the hospital two days later.
