Officers investigating a report of a person carrying out an indecent act in Chatham are now able to release a computer-generated image of a man they would like to speak to.
The incident happened on Roosevelt Avenue at about 6 am on Wednesday, 22 October 2025, when a woman reported she had seen a man carry out an indecent act in the road.
Description
The suspect is described as being white with a darker complexion, approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall, in his mid-thirties, and of a stocky build. He was wearing a black hat with grey fur and dark coloured clothing.
Investigators have been conducting several inquiries, including the examination of CCTV footage in the area. The victim has now been able to assist officers with producing a computer-generated image of the man.
