In 2024, Ashley Powell, the Stoke-on-Trent Paedophile, received a 12-month community order for failing to adhere to the notification requirements of the sex offenders’ register.
The then 32-year-old, Ashley Powell, was registered for five years in June 2021 and violated the terms in September 2022 by failing to report his possession of a new bank card.
Prosecutor Hunter Grey stated that Ashley Powell registered a new phone with the police on October 24, 2022, and was required to register again by October 24, 2023.
However, Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court revealed that he neglected to comply and registered at Longton Police Station 18 days overdue when he attempted to register a new phone.
Mr Grey stated: “He independently attended to fulfil another obligation, but he violated the 12-month annual registration requirement.”
The offence resulted in Ashley Powell violating a suspended eight-month sentence imposed in September 2022 for contravening a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO).
Once again, the idiots at Staffordshire Police have not provided an image of the paedophile.
