Yesterday, criminals who were released early by the government congratulated Andy Burnham and celebrated in the streets on their way home.

Arasad Azad, 66, who had previously been imprisoned for engaging in sexual conduct in front of children, was one of the 650 criminals whose release was proposed.

After receiving a 20-month sentence, he was released 45 days ahead of schedule. When asked how he felt about the plan, he punched the air and said, “Very good.” I’m glad to be free. Many thanks to Andy.

Azad, a resident of Halesowen, West Midlands, was reportedly captured performing a sex act in public three times in a single day and was previously imprisoned for outraging public decency.

Arshad Azad acknowledged that he had masturbated in front of onlookers outside Colley Lane Primary School.
