In March 2025, the bald-headed paedo, who stood at a height of 6ft 5”, gained national attention while residing at 18 Eastdene Road in Seaham, County Durham.
Parsons was in violation of his 10-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order by advertising a gloryhole on Grindr in order to allure unsuspecting victims to his one-bedroom, sordid sex flat.
The profile contained the following: “bj with twinks and slim…”
“Dik Pic receives an address” and “Gxxhole is now open for Slim and Twinks…”
“I enjoy throating hung dxxk.”
The term “gloryhole” was prominently displayed on his profile.
In gay slang, a gloryhole is a wall-mounted opening that is intended for sexual activity, without the knowledge of the individual on the other side.
His method of operation is to conceal his face behind the gloryhole, thereby ensuring that no one was aware that a 56-year-old paedo was concealed behind it, feigning to be 28 years old.
The residents of Seaham were appalled and repulsed upon learning the news on March 14, 2025.
The landlord drove Parsons to Newcastle railway station with only a suitcase of clothing, and the flat was attacked, resulting in thousands of pounds of damage and the shattered of every window.
He moved in with his mother at 104 Garden House Estate, Crawcrook, Gateshead NE40 4PT, where the unrepentant paedophile was repeatedly observed by numerous members of the public entering and exiting public restrooms at the Tyne Riverside Park in Prudhoe and the toilet block across from the Fox and Hounds pub in Wylam.
The play areas for children are visible from both restrooms.
In 2017, Dark Justice Paedophile Hunters apprehended this predatory paedophile after Parsons sexually groomed a 15-year-old boy on Grindr and pleaded guilty to the offence.

Parsons was incarcerated at HMP Durham and HMP Northumberland for 18 months in February 2021 for the paedophile sting conducted by Dark Justice. Judge Mr. Robert Adams issued a 10-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order at Newcastle Crown Court.
The Court was informed that the paedo had a historical conviction for sexual activity in a public lavatory.
The details of this are equally repulsive: Parsons exposed his penis to a 15-year-old boy many years prior and was astonishingly not listed on the Sex Offenders’ Register at the time of that previous conviction.
In Crawcrook, many years ago, he also attempted to climb into the window of an underage boy who he had followed home from a youth club after dark.
Consequently, we and other hunting teams have evidence that Andrew Parsons was “cottaging” at the toilets at the Metrocentre shopping complex (Blue and Yellow zone) and the Eldon Square shopping center (the toilets in the John Lewis department store) from 2022 onwards, until March 2025.
Ironically, he was initially apprehended in the same toilets in Eldon Square many years ago.

Parsons would return to the Metrocentre bus station, board the bus to Newcastle city center, descend to the Pottery Lane car park, and expose himself there. He would then proceed to the Eldon Square shopping center, where he would visit each toilet, pursuing young boys and teenagers, before boarding the bus back home.
Our investigation was initiated by the receipt of definitive and substantive evidence from witnesses over an extended period.
Families with children utilise the Pottery Lane parking lot to attend music concerts at the adjacent Utilita Arena.
Although it is a convenient parking location in the heart of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, the southern end has been neglected for an extended period, resulting in an overgrown and wild landscape.
This particular area has attracted a number of convicted paedophiles, such as Parsons, who wait in the bushes immediately behind the car park, primarily at dusk or after dark, to observe children and their families exiting vehicles without them being aware that they are being observed.
The area has been rebranded as “Paedo Park” by the locals, who claim that they are now too apprehensive to park there.

We obtained evidence from individuals who were acquainted with Parsons during the 1990s. These individuals described his deviant sexual behaviour and sexual assaults on very young males in public restrooms in Greater Manchester and Lancashire, as well as on the Rochdale canal in Manchester.
He would frequently construct a gloryhole at his residence in Garrick Grove, Layton, Blackpool, by draping a shower curtain over a doorway. He would employ numerous false profiles to entice underage boys and twinks to the property.
He resided with a paedophile at that property, who not only provided him with assistance but also engaged in sexual misconduct with juveniles along with Parsons.

It is high-density, stranger-directed, random, both planned and opportunistic, impulsive, and sadistic, rendering him an extremely dangerous individual, as well as an immediate threat, to the children and vulnerable adults he pursues for his own sexual gratification.
Parsons is known to spend his days in the company of other paedophiles and has shared accommodation with other convicted paedophiles.

Parsons is capable of perpetrating terrifying sexual violence when his needs are not met, as evidenced by witness accounts and evidence from victims.

15.10.2025 On October 7, 2025, this paedophile was observed in the historic center of Benidorm, Spain.
Andrew Parsons was observed at the Casa Abierta takeaway restaurant, which is situated at Cuatro Cantones, 03501 Benidorm, Alicante, Spain.
He was conversing with the Asian female owner of the restaurant while wearing a cream T-shirt and light-colored trousers.
He continues to pose a threat to any male offspring.
