On Monday, 19 January 2026, the Offender Database reported that Jonathan Goss, 51, of Harrow, Middlesex, was sentenced at Harrow Crown Court after admitting to a series of vile sexual offences against children. Despite the serious nature of his crimes, Goss avoided immediate incarceration.

The investigation was led by the National Crime Agency (NCA), which began in June 2022 after investigators linked Goss to a website associated with child sexual abuse material. Officers identified two online accounts—”jbaabaa99″ and “hard4girls”—used by Goss to discuss the sexual abuse and violence against young girls with other predators on the forum.

Vile Collection and Safeguarding
Following his arrest, a search of Goss’s home and electronic devices callously uncovered a massive hoard of indecent images of children, which he had organised into specific folders. These included:

  • Category A material: The most serious and vile level of child abuse images.
  • Voyeuristic images: Photographs Goss had taken of girls aged between six and 14 in public places, such as swimming pools, without their knowledge or consent.

The NCA worked to identify the children in these photographs to ensure serious safeguarding measures were put in place for them. Holly Triggs from the NCA emphasised that Goss went to great lengths to obtain this material and that the investigation serves as a reminder that predators cannot hide behind online usernames.

Sentence and SHPO
On 1 April 2025, Goss pleaded guilty at Willesden Crown Court to charges including sexual communication with a child, arranging a child sexual offence, and possession of over 200 indecent images. For these evil actions, Jonathan Goss was:

  • Sentenced to 16 months imprisonment, suspended for two years.
  • Handed a 10-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO).
  • Placed on the Sex Offenders Register.

Monitoring and Public Protection
Goss is managed under Multi-Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA) by the Metropolitan Police. His status on the Sex Offenders Register ensures that his residency in Harrow and his digital behaviour remain under serious scrutiny.

The 10-year SHPO imposes strict restrictions on his activities, including his use of the internet and contact with children. Any dishonest attempt to bypass these restrictions or return to his vile behaviour will result in the immediate activation of his suspended prison sentence.
