The Offender Database reported that Mark Chesworth, a Cuddington and Hartford Paedophile University Student, amassed several obscene photographs, including movies depicting the sexual exploitation of children as young as five, according to court testimony.
Mark Chesworth, from Cuddington, Northwich, Cheshire, accessed a total of 65 indecent photos, all intended for his own sexual enjoyment.
Chester Crown Court was informed that the 20-year-old, residing on Boundary Lane South, was enrolled at an unspecified university at the time of his arrest last year.
During the prosecution, Peter Hussey stated that his iPhone included 35 category A photos, the most severe classification, which included films depicting the sexual abuse of a five-year-old boy, the sexual abuse of a five-year-old girl, and instances of children being sexually abused by many perpetrators simultaneously.
Mr Hussey stated: “The Cheshire Police Online Child Abuse Team received information from internet companies regarding the involvement of his IP address in indecent images.”
“On March 20 of the previous year, several officers visited his residence, resulting in his arrest.”
Mark Chesworth, having not been caught before, admitted guilt last month to the creation and possession of obscene photographs of a minor.
On Friday, he received a nine-month sentence, suspended for 18 months, along with 35 days of rehabilitation programs and 200 hours of community service.
He is under a one-year mental health treatment order, a ten-year sexual harm prevention order, and a ten-year registration on the sex offenders list.
