In 2019, the Offender Database reported that Richard Hunt, a Louth Paedophile Child Molester, a man from Louth, who perpetrated a sexual assault on a four-year-old while on bail for an assault on a seven-year-old child, was sentenced to seven years in prison at Lincoln Crown Court.

Richard Hunt, then 31, of Virginia Drive, Louth, Lincolnshire, refuted the charges, but a jury convicted him in just two hours after the trial.

Judge Simon Hirst, delivering the sentence, informed Hunt: “You were on bail for the first charge when you perpetrated the second charge.”

“Clearly, these offences are of such severity that only a prison sentence is appropriate.”

Richard Hunt refuted two allegations of sexual abuse against a minor under the age of 13.

The allegations pertain to distinct occurrences on February 5 and August 30 of the previous year.

He was permanently registered as a sex offender and issued an indefinite sexual harm prevention order.

Tony Stanford, representing the prosecution, stated that Richard Hunt sexually abused the seven-year-old by indecently touching her.

Subsequently, while on bond, he perpetrated an additional grave sexual attack on the four-year-old.

The court was informed that Richard Hunt had been incarcerated on two prior occasions for robbery charges, but possessed no previous convictions for any sexual acts.

Richard Hunt was incarcerated for a duration of seven years.

He was permanently registered as a sex offender and issued an indefinite sexual harm prevention order.
