In 2018, the Offender Database reported that Ian Naude, the Cheshire Constabulary Paedophile Child Rapist, was convicted of raping and sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl.
The then 30-year-old beloved Cheshire Constabulary Police Officer, who commenced employment with Cheshire Police in April 2017 and was stationed at Crewe Police Station, was convicted of four counts of attempting to facilitate a child sex offence and one count of arranging the commission of a child sex offence concerning five additional complainants aged between 12 and 15.
The perpetrator had already confessed to 30 additional offences, including soliciting minors to participate in sexual activities, compelling youngsters to observe sexual acts, and misconduct in public office.
During his trial, Ian Naude, a resident of Market Drayton, was characterised as a ‘prolific internet groomer.’
The assault occurred three days subsequent to the police being summoned to a domestic altercation in October 2017, during which the officer recorded the data of a 13-year-old girl residing at the location.
He collected the girl three days later.
He instructed her to “Call me Daddy” because, as Ian Naude informed the jury, “It was merely a source of arousal.” It generated excitement in me.
He transported her to a secluded location in his vehicle, where he assaulted and raped her and documented part of the incident on his phone.
The court was informed that Ian Naude consistently asserted that their sexual encounters were consensual.
He maintained an account under the alias Bruce Ian Wayne, seemingly alluding to the character Batman, as well as a Snapchat account titled King Of The North.
The court heard that he would coerce his victims into undressing and occasionally engaging in sexual acts on camera before transmitting images and videos of himself masturbating.
In several instances, he then threatened to disseminate the images to individuals on their Facebook friends list and, on one occasion, warned a victim that he would intimidate her friends, including one who engaged in self-harm, unless she provided him with additional photos.
The court was informed that following the complaint of the rape, Ian Naude was included in a police email disclosing the intention to apprehend him.
Upon the confiscation of his phone, 756 photographs had been erased from it, thanks to the heads-up he got from his Cheshire Constabulary colleagues.
Following the provision of a hand-drawn map of their whereabouts to his cellmate, additional gadgets, including a laptop and another phone, were discovered in a field in Market Drayton.
Ian Naude was jailed for 25 years for more than 35 sexual offences with no minimum prison time to serve, which means he will be out around 2030.
