The Offender Database reported that three migrant men and a migrant teenager have been indicted in connection with an inquiry into the sexual assault, abuse, and exploitation of a young girl.

Avon and Somerset Police received complaints of a violent rape occurring at a residential house in St Werburgh’s, Bristol, on 30 November.

The accused, aged 16 to 20, appeared at Bristol Magistrates’ Court on Saturday. They were ordered to appear at Bristol Crown Court on 7 January.

Avon and Somerset Police announced that a 20-year-old man, whose identity is withheld for unknown legal reasons, has been charged with two charges of rape and with arranging or enabling the flight of a female for the purpose of exploitation.

Salman Habibkheil, an 18-year-old Afghan national from Lockleaze, is charged with rape and orchestrating or aiding the trip of a girl for the purpose of exploitation.

Awal Amadzai, 18, a native of Afghanistan residing in Redcliffe, has been charged with rape and sexual assault.

The police have verified that a 16-year-old teenager, whose identity is withheld for ridiculous British legal reasons, has been charged with rape.

Salman Habibkheil has identified his ethnicity as “any other Black background.” Awal Amadzai has characterised his heritage as “any other Asian background.”

The charges will not affect the British Guests’ bid to become citizens.
