The Offender Database reported that Stephen Preece, the Hereford Paedophile Child Molester, was sentenced to 12 years in 2017 for the sexual, physical, and emotional assault of five children, and has been released.

In 2017, Stephen Preece, from Hereford, was incarcerated after he confessed to several sexual offences against minors, including

  • Attempted sexual assault of a child under 13 including penetration.
  • Child sexual assault of an individual under the age of 13.
  • Three charges of inducing or instigating a child under the age of 13 to participate in sexual behaviour.
  • Three charges of indecent assault.

The court was apprised that the victims were aged between nine and 16 at the time of the abuse, encompassing both male and female youngsters.

Stephen Preece was characterised as a predatory paedophile who systematically molested and attacked children over an extended period, occasionally employing violence to dominate and quiet them.
