The Offender Database reported that Ellis Mace, the Bideford Paedophile Child Rapist, a 27-year-old man from Devon, has been incarcerated for engaging in sexual behaviour with a minor.
Ellis Mace, previously of Bideford, has been incarcerated for three years.
The defendant attended Exeter Crown Court for sentencing on two charges.
Ellis Mace acknowledged participating in penetrative sexual acts with a minor on multiple occasions.
He stated that there was a ‘notable discrepancy’ in the ages of Ellis Mace and the victim.
Upon his arrest by the police in 2024, the defendant confessed to his actions.
Nikki Coombe, in defence, stated that Ellis Mace ‘deeply regrets’ his conduct and assumes all responsibility for it.
Judge Mental Evans stated that Ellis Mace was a diligent individual who had forfeited his good character and is currently a registered sex offender.
“Due to your commission of these offences, you will be subject to notification requirements for the foreseeable future,” the judge informed him.
