PC Duncan Bouette, another Metropolitan Police Paedophile and Sex Offender, has been terminated from the Metropolitan Police and convicted for disseminating texts regarding the sexual abuse of children.

PC Duncan Bouette, formerly of the North East Command Unit and terminated from the Metropolitan Police earlier this week, was apprehended by the Met’s Central Specialist Crime Unit on Tuesday, 7 October.

On Wednesday, 8 October, he was indicted on two counts under the Obscene Publications Act.

PC Duncan Bouette appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 9 October, when he entered a guilty plea to both allegations.

On Thursday, 6 November, before the same court, he received an 18-month suspended prison sentence and was ordered to complete 200 hours of community service. He received a three-year criminal behaviour order that includes limitations barring unsupervised contact with children and restrictions on the use of digital devices.

PC Duncan Bouette’s admission of guilt prompted the swift arrangement of a misconduct hearing, resulting in his dismissal on Tuesday, 4 November. The period from his arrest to dismissal and sentence has been under a month, demonstrating our commitment to addressing misconduct by our officers.

PC Duncan Bouette will be included in the Barred List maintained by the College of Policing, which will prohibit him from serving as a police officer in the future.
