The public’s help is sought to identify a suspect who is reported to have committed an indecent act in Tunbridge Wells.
Two teenagers witnessed the incident as they walked through a wooded area near Neville Park, on Major York’s Road, at around 5:20 p.m. on September 21, 2024.
Description
The suspect is described as being white and approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall. He has short, greying hair, worn in a buzz cut style, and is clean-shaven.
He was wearing a dark green, hooded top, dark blue jeans, and white trainers at the time of the incident.
